		<description>Japan does like to boast its green credentials, although I don&#039;t think that&#039;s a bad thing in general; it just has to translate to useful green action. Greendex has some results that indexes consumer eco-behavior all over the world. Japan ranks high on being cognizant of green stuff, but they are low on action -- little hypocrisy there.
